The 2022 ProCat User Conference Recap

The User Conference Returns to Atlantic City

After a two-year break, the ProCat User Conference returned to Atlantic City.  ProCat was eager to get back together again with our customers and partners.  The event returned to the Tropicana Hotel on October 26 and 27.  Over 40 attendees from 20+ companies, as well as two of our partners, Zebra and Redstamp, made the trip.

This year, our theme was Power Up with ProCat — a nod to one of our newest solutions, PowerTools.  The goal over the course of the two-day event was to provide our customers with in-depth knowledge and training of the ProCat solutions you use every day.

An Action-Packed Agenda

The conference focused on PickRight and related solutions including PalletRight, IncentRight and ManageRight. These solutions all are designed to improve employee productivity.

ProCat also reviewed different software solutions that manage inventory and support driver deliveries. These solutions include StockRight, LoadRight, ShipRight and others.

Session Highlights

Steve Stomel opened up the User Conference with a warm welcome and customer introductions, followed by presentations by ProCat’s Joe Doyle, Dave Copestick, Mark Hoffman, and Bud Anderson. The first part of day one focused on PickRight training and reports, with live demos in our “mock warehouse” setup.

Joe Doyle goes in-depth on PickRight Basics.

Bud Anderson and Ian Steelman demonstrate ReceiveRight.

Attendees received a User Conference Guidebook filled with information on ProCat solutions.

Networking and Fun

There was plenty of food and good conversation in the Hospitality Suite situated high atop the Tropicana Hotel.  ProCat invited customers and partners up to the suite to enjoy the view — and a beverage or two. The highlight of the week was a “family style” dinner at Carmine’s, with delicious Italian food, wine, and more. A good time for all.
