Steve Stomel – CEO

Steve Stomel has been involved in the distribution industry since 1973 when he joined a small family business that distributed candy and cigarettes to local retailers. He served the company in variety of positions including sales, purchasing, operations and IT. In 2001, Stomel founded ProCat Distribution Technologies with the goal of helping distribution businesses improve the performance of their operations. Over the past 17 years, the company has developed a suite of technology solutions that are being used in warehouses all across the United States. Stomel is primarily responsible for the company’s sales efforts and has been personally involved in the vast majority of the company’s 200 installations. Stomel resides in Southern New Jersey with Andrea, his wife of 33 years, and Colby, the family dog.

David Copestick – President

David Copestick has been with ProCat since its launch in 2001. He has over 30 years’ experience in the distribution industry, of which he has been in charge of IT and software development. A graduate of Glassboro State College with a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science, Dave is the driving force in ProCat’s technology development team.

Charles “Bud” Anderson – CTO

Charles “Bud” Anderson grew an early interest in computers and electronics into a career that has spanned many disciplines within the field of Information Technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from La Salle University, where he also taught part-time in the Business School for 12 years. He has over 20 years of experience in distribution industries.

Louis Vietri – National Sales Director

Louis worked at IBM for 40 years and obtained a variety of positions during his time there. His positions included software, sales management, and product and financial sales. He also worked in a distribution center and served as a global sales representative for leasing and financing hardware.

Lee Walters – National Sales Director

Throughout the past 40 years, Lee has worked his way up in different positions with IBM. After retiring, he began helping companies transform from paper processes to digital processes to optimize their sales operations.
